I am trying to purchase a data add-on but have received error messages for the last two days. I have tried two different credit cards. It seems to be bypassing the credit cards altogether and trying to "deduct from available funds" each time, even though I don't want that. I have tried opening in incognito, on different devices, and restarting my devices. I've also cleared my cache. Nothing has worked.

According to PM, this account problem has been resolved this afternoon. You should be able to purchase add-ons.

There have been couple complaints about addon purchases this week, so it could be a system issue
Do you know the account pin? You can try buying by calling *611
Or ask PM to help . Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
