Hi, I'm trying a new activation and porting the number fails everytime. Also, I would like to change plan and go with the $34 60gb plan please.

If you are porting from Telus to PM, the porting team can help to sort it out 

 I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them

Yes, I do have my active old sim card from Telus and the new public mobile sim is installed in a spare iPhone.

Do you still have your old SIM card (from the provider you're posting in from) in the phone so that you can receive and respond to the port authorization text? And is that line still active? Which provider are you porting in from?
