hi @Nizarjr
your phone is good
make sure you call by dialing 1### ### #### or + 1 ### ### ####
also, try reboot phone and reset network settings
if still fails, try the different US networks, AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon

Still no luck and support also hasn't been any help. I'm trying to call from Canada to US but keeps telling me all available minutes are used. Im on the $35 can/usa 60gig plan on a s24 ultra

Where are you physically located right now? USA?
Which model phone are you using? VoLTE compatible with PM network?

Hey @Nizarjr
Try this. Go into your Settings and find Network Settings. Reset the network settings and then restart your phone. This should help you reset your connection to Public Mobile and show the proper account. If you are having issues still connecting to a US network, go back in to Settings, Carrier Settings and turn off automatic. My opinion is T-Mobile is the most reliable in the US so pick that and then make sure data roaming is turned on. Then reboot the phone. Moving forward when you visit the US, your phone will always remember this setting and you'll never have to fuss with it again.

@Nizarjr just read online that some are saying to wait at least 10 seconds before turning the phone back on. If this still does not help try contacting a support agent.
