I have been trying to contact a moderator via the ticket submission but after I fill out the information the 'submit a ticket' button is greyed out and I am unable to send. My credit card expired and I am unable to access my Public mobile account to add the new credit card. How else can I contact someone with proof of identity/ credit card statements etc to regain access to my account and use my phone? I have been without my phone for about a month now.
