My son inserted the SIM card to his phone before I could complete the activation. Now I cannot do anything. I am getting the INVALID SIM CARD message. Do I need to purchase another card?!

Do you use the app the complete the subscription?
You probably do not need another sim, you can ask PM to help and check what was missing with the subscription
