I wanted to switch the plan from 90 days to 30 days but I get "Sorry! We weren't able to process your request. Please try again later. "
now my phone is inactive and eventhough I added enough founds for the $32 plan unlimited voice/text
please help me I need to active it soon, thanks

If your account is suspended you need to contact the modertors to swich the plans for you
