Unable to Activate Account (credit card cannot be verified)

Hello, I've made a couple of attempts to set up a accoutn but I get an error saying that my credit card cannot be verified. I called my CC company and they saw 2 charges of $0 for Public Mobile that were accepted but I was unsucecssful in activating my account. I think I may need the help of a moderator.
