Add on not working. Purchased US roaming for 15 days, hasn’t worked a day and want a refund. You can see in my account it is all 0’s for usage. Refund please and not happy with the service.

@Ella09 - restarting your phone or performing a reset of the device's network settings can sometimes help you connect to the proper network whilst travelling in the USA if you have the proper Roaming Addon purchased. Note though, there are area in the USA that will have issues.
Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.
To add to @DDM69 post, if you are still having issues, than you may inquire about a credit to your account with Public representatives/CSA.

@Ella09 are you still in US now? which city and state you are at?
Before you give up, couple things to check.
First, is your phone connecting to T-Mobile network? If not, try to change the Network connection from Automatic to Manual and manually connect to T-Mobile
Also, make sure you have enabled Mobile data roaming on your phone
