US Roaming Bundle not activating after purchase

Hello, I am in the US for more than 10 days. I used up my 1st 10 day US Roaming package and purchase another bundle today (same bundle for roaming); but my talk, text & data is not resetting for another 10 days. I've reset my phone a couple times and still not working. I have receipt that the purchase has been made. Thanks in advance for the help!

CSA are available from
- Monday to Friday: 6AM- 10PM EST
- Saturday and Sunday: 6AM- 10PM EST

Please wait for 24 hours after the first add -on expires before trying to get it again.

Or get just talk add-on.

@jason13 You have to wait 24 hours before buying the exact same add on.

You'll have to get a CSA buy it again for you, if you want it sooner.
