Hi there,

I’m currently in US and have the US Canada plan. I can’t seem to make calls out to Canada or US. Data plan works.
is there any settings that I have to change?

thanks.

@Anni78   It should work then.  Go to Settings - Cellular - Cellular Data Options - Voice and Data and select LTE (or 4G if that's what shows but my iPhone has LTE there).

@Anni78

You will then need to manually connect to the AT&T or T-Mobile network.

@Anni78   My first guess would be that you don't have a VoLTE approved phone (per PM's whitelist).  What phone do you have?  If it's not on the list at the bottom of this link then that would be the reason

If that's the case try to connect to T-Mobile's 2G network as that's the only option other than a voip app like TextNow or Fongo, which would have different phone numbers.  Since your data is working you would be able to make and receive phone calls that way.

If your phone is on the list or a newer version of one of those, then make sure you are on 4G/LTE and not 5G, and try to manually connect to AT&T or T-Mobile.
