I unsubscribed from this plan on October 25 2023 and I was charged for November
service and the account shows as subscribed again.
Please advise how to proceed with getting my $$ back and that you will be going in to unsubscribe effective October 25 2023.

They will reply either at the envelope icon top right or click on your avatar and check Messages.
when you message Customer Support for refund...also request that they permanently remove your credit card info from your old account.

So if you're unsubscribing to terminate all services here (as opposed to temporarily maintaining a suspended service if going away or something), you could also place a chargeback with your credit card provider IF Public Mobile is unwilling to accept your position that you unsubscribed.
If you ARE REMAINING a PM customer, don't do a chargeback - ever. They'll refuse the credit card as a option to pay for quite some time if you do...

I unsubscribed October 25 and renewql date was for November 9th and which they also took the payment out of my bank acccount. I am concerned that the account is showing subscribed again
I have a screen shot of unsubscribing but I am unsure how to attach it to this email

@Tans When was your expected October renewal date? Could you have unsubscribed close to it?
