UNLIMITED Calling Minutes

Hi - joined May 13 to Unlimited Canda-US Calling and Text and today Iam unable to make a call "used all available minutes".

How do I know how many minutes I have available on an unlimited plan and how do I get more minutes?

Have you looked on your subscription plan? If you hit the manage subscription button you can see which plan you picked

@jodib  Are you in Canada or US, calling from Canada to US, Canada to Canada etc.?  Someone else had a similar issue this week trying to call the US from Canada but it wasn't certain that they actually got the right plan.

All Can/US plans have unlimited minutes. Unlimited calling in Canada and unlimited calling while in the US. 

Are you having issues? If so, please give us as much details as possible.
