I looked at my credit card statement and I have two charges from Public Mobile, one is my usual monthly amount, the other is a charge titled: SP PUBLIC MOBILE for $11.20. I did purchase a US roaming add-on earlier this month, but that charge of $16.80 already appeared on my bill, so I don't know what this SP charge is. Can someone tell me how to have it removed?

@WarldWorZ login to My Account and check the Payment History page to see if there is a charge showing for that, PM page should show $10 there as they don't include tax in the page
if not, open ticket with PM support and have them investigate
