I am helping my mom update her credit card info for her phone. We cannot recall if she has an account. How do we do this?

You have no service because your account is suspended due to nonpayment @RudyNotice81
Are you able to log into self serve, or are you having difficulty doing this?
Tyy clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well when accessing self serve pages/tabs.

Try doing a search in your archive emails from PM. There should be an email welcoming you to PM. Use the registered email and click on Reset Password.
If all fails then you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your mother’s account.

When you go to the home page you can enter her email and forgot password. If it doesn't show up she doesn't have an account. If it does show up then go to the Login Page and go to payment, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.

@joshua11297 - try using possible emails it could be and use the Forgot your password option to reset it, found here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
If an email is received (check spam/junk folder) then the email is likely registered.
If an email/My account was not registered for yet, or if you forgot your email, you can do that through this link:

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page and go to payment, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.
