I followed the steps to reset my password, I get the message that a temporary password has been sent to my phone, but the temporary password never gets received. I read elsewhere that I can have it sent to my email, but that option never appears either. Can someone help please?

Sometimes setting voice mail is not that straight forward 😞
Very first time you have to use your mobile phone (it will use your minutes if you are on lowest plan).
I know I had a hell of a time to get rid of machine saying which number caller reached but eventually managed to do that.
I do not recall ever receiving vmail password trough email. If you have unlimited minutes just go slowly trough every option and you will figure out.
When I joined PM this scheme was active. Try it:

if you have tried the Voicemail password reset from MY Account and didn't work, ask cs agent to help.
