So I'm trying to leave public to go to telus. When tells sent the request to port my number my phone went into SOS mode and won't receive anything. It's now been a day my temporary telus number works with my new telus sim but my public number (the one I want) is still in sos on my public Sin. My public account is showing active. I tried restarting the phone. I don't want to lose my old number but now I'm paying two phone bills!!

@Keira1234 call Telus support and ask them to retrigger the process. Then, you will get the text on your PM sim

I could reply yes because I can't receive any texts or calls on my public sin

If you replied yes to the port authorization request all you should need to do is put the Telus SIM card in your device and reboot it
