Had the same issue! Someone recommended I try it in private mode in my browser and it worked!

 @Thunder_Chicken   just to confirm, what province your phone number area code belongs to?

I found where to enter the code, and I put it in exactly as it’s shown above (as well as in the text message I received) and it tells me it’s not a valid promo code. Why isn’t this working?

Hi @brendanicholson it's a real one.  Login to My Account, go to Payment, Add-ons page, there is a promo code box there

@brendanicholson   You need to log into your account and add it in the promo code box bottom right of Plans/Add-on page.
