Regarding stopping credit payment and getting my refund

HI @cheungthegreat 

PM is prepaid and do not provide refund.  So, for the charge for this current cycle, you cannot request refund for that

But you can still stop future payment, just login My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription and disable "Subscribed"

In order to turn off the subscription, go to your payments tab on your account, manage subscription, and then turn off the subscription/autopay. You can also do this via 611 if you know your account pin.

Keep an eye on your mailbox here as that is where your reply will come in (envelope icon on desktop, click your avatar icon in the corner and then click messages if on mobile).

When you chat to customer service you can also request they remove the credit card on file if you wish.
