Hello. Is anyone having trouble with their phone? Mine is saying no network connection.

try to reboot your phone and pay attention at the network status on top.  If you see it connected briefly then show no network, your phone could be blacklisted.  Check devicecheck.ca as advised above.

 

also, put the SIM in another phone and see if it works or not

Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and do Rebooting your phone,

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

 

and you can try to reset network settings and Changing APN Settings,

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

How to reset network settings on an Android device
  1. Open the Settings app on your Android.
  2. Scroll to and tap either "General management" or "System," depending on what device you have.

Select the brand and model of your phone, After doing so, you will be provided with the exact APNs required for your phone on our network.

and try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

and do again Rebooting your phone 

This is quick and simple,

 

if still not fix it you can test your SIM card in another device, to check it out your issue with device or SIM card.

Try rebooting your phone.  Also try manually selecting network to 3G.

Where are you located? It could be local issue. No problems in GTA area.

Can you test your sim card in another phone? That will help determine if it's a device issue or a pm issue.

 @Victoriajanes : Is this just suddenly? You've been working up 'til now? Did you buy the phone new in box or used? Maybe check devicecheck.ca. Maybe restart the phone.
