I just ordered a phone and a sim card. was charged $435.68 but the payment page said card declined. Never received an email with an order number or a tracking number. Can't get a hold of a representative because they need to verify me with a sim number that I don't have!!!
How do I get help with this?

Hi @Marzieh6150 important thing is to check credit card. If the change didn't go through, PM won't send you the phone
of course, you can open ticket with PM CS agent to verify

The support agents will work this out.
For your peace of mind, the payment on your credit card is likely a pending or unauthorized charge and will likely drop off if the payment was, in fact, declined.

Contact agent for assistance. They never asked me for SIM card number. They will ask you some personal data, though.

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
