Hi!
When transferring my number from Fizz, I entered my phone's IMEI and got later a text message saying the ESN/MEID number was incorrect. Today, I got a call from Public Mobile but missed it, so got a text . When I call that number, I enter my phone number, answer "YES", and the bot says there is no transfer request for my phone number.
Can someone help? Thank you

call again. Enter your number twice , the first time it will say cannot find it, enter again, and you will connect to live person and they can advise
