Trouble setting up my self serve account

I am trying to register for my self serve account and when I enter my cell number it tells me that it does not exist and I may be doing it too early.  I have had my phone for a few weeks.  Can anyone help?

Did you purchase a cell phone through Public Mobile and think you can just log into your Self Serve? But, you cannot do this.

 

First, you must first ACTIVATE the SIM card online, here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation.

During the online activation, the Self Serve account is created.

 

OR, if you did ACTIVATE a SIM in-store, in this case, you can create/register for a Self Serve account, here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/.

You have had your phone for a few weeks....did you activate your account/sim card a few weeks ago?  If you activated online yourself then you have already activated your account. Log in with the email you used at sign up and the password you chose using the login on the left side of the page.

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser
and clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and use a Browser from your computer,
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help.

 

and if you use a home internet please do one thing take it your power internet for about a minute and put it back, Restart your device is will help,

Did you get buy a SIM at retailer and did they start the process and give you a number?

If No.

And you have a SIm and are activating yourself you are using the wrong portal.

Try clearing browser cache and history. Close browser and open a new window in incognito.

 

Enter your 10-digit phone number (without spaces or dashes)
