Traveling from Canada to US, I got signal the first few days but now there's no signal.

- No signals: it doesn't recognize AT&T nor Verizon, I tried to change to automatic but still no luck

 

- I removed the SIM, an insert it back, no luck. 

 

- I tried the SIM in a different phone, no luck. 

 

- I rebooted the phone (iphone), and I also restarted the network setting. 

 

- My US Roaming plan is active, in fact it worked fine for few days. Just in case I bought another add-on, but still no luck.

 

Any ideas what else I could try? I'm in the NYC area.

Do you see T-Mobile on your phone's available Network list?

 

Try to manually connect to T-Mobile if you do

 

If you just care sms, you can connect to either AT&T and T-Mobile.  whichever you can connect, your SMS should work

@jotasanta T Mobile should show up when you try to connect manually , Public is in partnership along with ATand T if you were going to be there any amount of time I would suggest getting a local sim

I got these add-ons: 

- Unlimited messages US Roaming - Unlimited Text (10-day)
- 250 MB - US Roaming - 250 MB Data (10-day)

@jotasanta hi did you see t mobile ? they are shutting down the 3 g network if you done all that contact a cs agent for help or a refund

@jotasanta   I would try to use manual network selection

 

The two you want to try is AT&T and T-Mobile (PM does not partner or Verizon)

Without AT&T signal, try to manually connect to  T-Mobile

 

Also, what kind of roaming add-on you got?
