Why have you not fixed this problem after I creating a ticket (twice now) ? And this is not for post but for the CEO or assistant of Public Mobile (Telus) to address. Please respond to my email address

@AlexBell Unfortunately, PC number transfer (plus Koodo prepaid) require customer support assistance to complete, so if you haven't received a response yet for your ticket, then submit another ticket or send a private message to CS_Agent instead.
Messaging is not done through email either, but response will appear in your message box top right next to your avatar.
