I am trying to transfer a number but the box that asks for the serial number won't allow me to enter any information. I don't have an account number because my plan was a corporate account so I have no information to enter in that box. This is getting very frustrating.
From my understanding, you can't port a corporate number to a PM personal account. You will need to call your original carrier and transfer the corporate account to a personal account. Then you will get an account number to get the phone number ported.
