I'm on step 5 of activation and want to transfer my number from Koodo. Unfortunately, Koodo is not a listed option on the list of old service providers. I am a Koodo monthly customer, not prepaid. Please help!

No worry. Please activate with a new phone number first. Once activation is fully completd, you can make outgoing calls and receive incoming, then go back to My Account, Profile Page, click Transfer number and then you can enter just the phone number, without carrier name to select, to request porting
you can also open ticket with support for them to process that manually for you
