Like the title says I did two phone transfers and now both have failed and I have no service on either device.
Both are stuck on “sos” mode. Both are iphone se’s.
the accounts say the transfer has been completed and the sim cards were entered exactly correct.
What is happening!!!!??  Is there anyone to call to sort this!!??

@OdieMcCall

Did you reply to the text from your previous carrier confirming with YES to the text (with the old SIM in the phone). You have 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled.

If you missed this critical step, you need to contact a CS_Agent to contact your previous carrier to restart the porting process for you.

You can private message a CS_Agent to restart the porting process at:

@OdieMcCallif your old device (account with old provider) still works, it means that the transfer did not work.  That said, when the transfer fails, you should still be able to make outgoing calls using your new PM SIM.

@OdieMcCall you have two issues here

1. sim not  properly provisioned. Please open ticket with support and ask them to re-provision

2. you old carrier sim still works mean porting was not done.  Did you receive a text from. your old provider asking for your approval for the port?  and did you reply yes?  If not, on your message to PM support, ask them to re-trigger the porting request. And for you, make sure your put the old sim card back and wait for the text from you old provider and reply yes within 90 mins

Its a physical sim. I can’t make outgoing calls and calls to the devices fail as well. The old device still receives and sends calls for some reason even after the transfer went through.

@OdieMcCall

are you activating eSIM or physical sim? Can you make outgoing calls? If SOS  shows with your PM sim cards, it could be  a provisioning issue.  Try both sim card with another phone or at least reseat the sim.

If still showing SOS, please message support and ask them to re-provision it

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
