Transfering from Koodo prepaid, need help!

Hello!

I have temp PM number now. Want to transfer my current Koodo prepaid number to overide the temp PM number.

Already send private message to Moderator team last night. But still no reply. 

@Mary_M @Shazia_K @Saray_O anyone there please help me. Need the phone to work asap.

Mod team replied my message, and they helped to set it up.

Expect a few days before they reply.

I had a port issue last week, and it took more than 6 days to get everything settle.

Tried everything in self serve. It doesnt work. The number is not allowed to transfer. Did some research in this forum, and found it have to be ask help from here with TAG mod.

Koodo prepaid needs moderator intervention.

Please send a private to mods with porting info.

Also it is best to use a different email than your koodo prepaid.

Koodo prepaid and pm use the same backend so mods need to to the port.

I think you can port the number via the self serve page though. Doesn't have to be done via PM, unless you have tried to port it but encountered some issue.

Instead of sending message to individual moderator, please send it to @CS_Agent.
