Transfer reward dollars to new account

Last month I created a new account under a different email ID and started on a new plan and new phone number. My old account on the old PM number has almost $21.

How can i transfer those reward dollars to my new account/number?

You cannot transfer rewards nor available funds/points from one account to another.
