I'm waiting for my phone to finish the set up. I have waited the 24 hours and Public Mobile is still just moving across my screen.

Okay so, new SIM card in and I am connected to the Internet. Why is Public Mobile still moving across my screen.

if it does not connect the network, make sure you remove the old sim card, or disable the old eSIM
then try Reset Network Settings and check if it connects. If not, ask PM to check if any problem with the account provisioning. Please

Yes sim card in. I guess it is the network. I just thought it would connect automatically

did you put in the PM sim card into the phone? did the PM sim card connects to the network ?
