Hi, I bought a SIM card and trying to activate the SIM card. In the process when I want to transfer my existing phone number from Koodo mobile, the public mobile website is not able to recognize the phone number and asking me to enter a valid phone number.
Kindly resolve the issue.

@Gubbalanp , perhaps give it another try using incognito mode on the browser. That might work.

Since you are porting from Koodo to PM and are having problems.
Contact a CS_Agent to help you port your old number over to PM.
Going to SIMon Chatbot and create a ticket or private message on the envelope icon.
