Hi there, I just transferred my eSIM to a physical SIM. It’s been about 10 minutes, I’ve restarted my phone, but it seems I’m not connected to my cellular plan (can’t make phone calls). Am I doing something wrong?

Thankyou for your help :). Looks like I figured it out…I had two ‘lines’ in my phone, one for the physical SIM and one for the eSIM. I just had to change my default to the physical SIM.

If you log into your account, you'll see below where it says SIM card number... click on the pencil itself and you can change the SIM card number to the physical SIM card. Ignore the circled eye... too lazy to do the sample again. LOL
