Hello everyone!
I sent a ticket a couple of days ago through CSA, tell me how to find out what the status is? I would like to keep my old number and switch completely to PM services.

@Tony118 We are just customers like you trying to help . You need support to transfer number from Koodo pre paid . If you have submitted ticket check your inbox for their reply in your community in box

Hello! Many times probably passed, but no one answered me, meaning the employees or the chat bot. Both of my requests remained unanswered, including the status of the transfer. Tell me, was anyone able to transfer their old number to Public in the end?
