I transferred today from Koodo Mobile. Has anyone done this and how long does it usually take before you can make calls and send SMS messages. How long should you wait before reaching out for support? Thank-you!

I called the number you provided. It was not helpful and there was no one available to take a call on thst number. How will I know if my number has been posted over to Public Mobile?

Yes. I received and responded Yes. I can make telephone calls on my phone now through Public Mobile. I cannot yet send text messages.

you receive the porting authorization text from Koodo? did you reply yes within 90 mins?  Usually port is done in an hour to three after you replied the text.

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them
