Hi there.
Just wondering if I want to transfer my esim to a physical sim, all I need to do is change the sim number on my profile right? And it transfers everything across like my number? Just unsure of the process of doing this. Thanks!

@Ryanm353 Yes it will be instant and it will disable your eSIM and just use the physical sim after that

How long does this process take after I put in the new sim number? And will it automatically disable my esim? Thank you

Brill thanks for this. Should I do this first then insert the sim card? Or how long does it take? Don't have any issues with the esim but just prefer to use a physical sim card instead.

HI @Ryanm353
problem with esim now?
if your esim is not setup yet, and unable to login to My Account, you would need to submit ticket with PM CS agent and ask them to update the sim card number for you. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
And best to get the PM sim card from Telus or Koodo store ($10) , or via Amazon.ca ($5)

That is correct. You need to purchase physical SIM and then transfer number through My Account.

@Ryanm353 Yes once you have physical SIM card in hand log into your account profile page and just sim swap the number
SIM SWAPPING profile tabs
Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device
