Have been trying about 2 hours, cant connect to a real person cuz the link keep directing me to bots. Searched online saying you can purchase esim on phone app, but i dun see the esim option, only the physical card, anyone has any idea?

and best part about physical SIM card aside from the fact I prefer them is that when you want to change device it’s just matter of taking SIM card out of the phone and putting it in the new one with out this hassle of eSIM and having to download it again and not working or even having the option to download . Can just sim swap the number in your account on website or the app

but on the app, i can only see a "order a sim card ($10)" option and a tiny "pick up sim card" option

@Stephen0420 Can’t transfer eSIM , instead just log into the app with new phone and rebuy esim and you will get credit back at checkout for the cost and keep same number and plan . If you do get charged just message support for credit
