Hello,
I never had this problem before, all 18×× toll free numbers don't work..I've been Public for 7 years without add ons and never ever had this problem..please help

Actually this has been going on for many days...many reboots...so after I opened ticket AND reset about half hour later everything is ok.

Thanks for update. Yes, a simple reboot of the phone often does work to fix different issues.

Known issue and PM is working on a fix. Customer service agent should be able to help. One customer was able to manually select 5G or LTE (instead of Auto setting) and another toggled airplane mode on and then off. That seemed to work for their account.
By chance, did you recently travel to USA? A few customers have had issues after travel back to Canada.

this glitch has been circulating for the last couple of weeks. I've test dialed 866 and 800 numbers from my cell and calls do complete successfully in all cases. I'm in interior of BC. If it's not account specific, it could be a geographical issue.

Yes, there have been some issues with 1800 numbers. Some got it fixed after they open ticket with PM
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
