If you cannot login to your self-serve account, you account was canceled. You need to get a new SIM card and activate another PM plan. You cannot get back your old plan if it is no longer offered by PM. You need to get a new phone number during activation.
Don't forget to use your friend referral code to get $10 credit 72 hours after your activation.

@drjane If you didn't use your account for more than 90 days, it is deactivated. You need to buy new sim and create a new account.

Are you asking about an MP (medical practitioner) account? I’m not sure if Public Mobile has that

Did you have a previous PM account. After 90 days of non-payment your account gets deacitvated.
