Hello, I’m new in the online community, I’ve got some puzzling questions recently. My mom and I had both set up the auto payment after registered, but only I’ve got 2-dollar reduced and my mom haven’t. And I used to refer someone I know to Public Mobile, but it seems like that both of our accounts have no change by now. Does anyone know what’s going on over here? Thanks.

What dates did you join?
It is possible one is on $ rewards and one is on points rewards.
If you look at each My Rewards account...you should be able to tell.
The points reward program does NOT give $2 off for auto pay set up.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
and check it back.
we all in here customer like you we can't see anything in your account,

@QG1 , Public Mobile switched to the points system. You might have an older account on the old $ reward system. This might explain the difference. That said, points can be redeemed for account funds.
