Hello All,
Anyone out there help me figure this out (text to email and visa versa, not working), I have 3 tickets, first was 3 weeks ago, no response from CS.

most phone app does not do plain text. And please note even you type plain text, the email itself is set to go through HTML. You need to toggle the Plain Text option to send as Plain text. Not sure if your phone app has that, but try sending via a desktop program.
But I tried using desktop browser and use Gmail to send , works. Tried using Gmail app on Android, works

I tried one from my email to phone "plain text", so far no go. Also when I send from my phone to email, it does not go through. Hasn't worked now for more than a year, It use to work flawlessly. Thanks for the help.

Email to text still works
please note that only Plain Text format, not HTML, email can send through. If you are using desktop mail client, most of them are defaulted to Send as HTML, so you have to change it back to Send as Plain Text. Or if you use Gmail app or via browser, make sure they are send as plain text

@Maroon1963 I wasn't aware that this was a feature available with PM. In all my years with PM I have never seen this feature mentioned. If you have 3 tickets and no answers try contacting them via private message at:
