Take one plan of my credit card

Hi there I currently have an credit card with two plans attached to it, I would like to remove one could you please contact me thanks

@SG5 you have two plans with PM, you will have two My Account access, one for each line and each one has a different email address as the login.   This is important as you can then login and disable Pre-authorized payments yourself for m the account you want to stop paying 

 

Do you think you know both logins?  You can try to use Reset Password link there and enter all the possible emails used and see which two receive the password reset email. 

 

if that does not work, you will have to open ticket with PM support to sort have them help to sort them out 

 

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@SG5 @We are just customers like you if you can log into the self serve of the line you want the credit card off of you can go to payment tab and disable auto pay or update it to another card completely otherwise you need supports help

@SG5    To remove the CC you need to submit a ticket via chatbot and ask customer support to do that for you here:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help

 

You can also login to the other account and disable pre-authorized payment which would stop any further debits to the CC but this would also suspend the service for that account unless the CC was updated and replaced with another or payment vouchers were added before renewal.

PM is an online service so no one will contact you!

I will need to login to the account you want to remove your CC info and AutoPay.

If nonpayment is longer than 90 days, the account will be closed, SIM will be useless and number will be lost.
