Hi,
Like many others in the community i seem to having trouble switching to the new Fall promotion plan. Had called in and a representative set up the change so it would occur during next renewal date (today). The plan has not changed yet, i have been charged (autopay) and have also paid manually $120 (Avialable funds in now double of what i needed). My account still wont reactivate. Was hoping to get some help, as I have yet to hear a reply from PM I sent.

Hey, i logged in this morning into my account and notice my balance is $0 now! What happen to the money that was prevoiusly in the account?

Sadly then you have caught one of the system "bugs". Follow this procedure for the info to send: Contact moderators. It may take several days before they get to your case. Do not make any more payments.
Meanwhile, while your service is down you can make phone calls with an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
I don't think there is anything you can do but wait it out. ![]()

Yikes. I have my plan scheduled to change over to the new promo a month from now when my current plan ends. Am I basically guaranteed to have problems when that happens?

I'm not capable of making any calls or texts. Says not included in current plan.
