LTE is turning off in MB so I changed my subscription package from the minimal one with LTE data to 4G service.
My phone is a 4G android device with ordinary SIM. LTE data, MMS and phone calls are all working correctly but the phone seems to be stuck on the LTE service.
Do I need to do something to correct the cell network settings or something?

@Dexotaku , all Public Mobile customers have identical access to the wireless network regardless of plan. Connectivity to 5G or 4G/LTE is device specific. You did not need to make any plan changes to accommodate network changes. I would recommend confirming VoLTE compatibility using the link below.

hey, LTE is 4G 🙂 So, you are good to good
And what is going to turn off is 3G in Manitoba , not LTE, so you are safe now
