My husband switched to a new phone. His old one is broken and only had an eSIM. His new phone is not eSIM compatible so he needs a physical Sim. When we go to put our address in while trying to purchase one, the system is unable to find our address. We live in Cobalt ON, Canada. What can we do?

If you are willing to drive, check Telus or Koodo store in Sudbury. But call them and check if they sell PM sim before driving over

Due to Canada Post potential strike, Public mobile is not using Canada Post, but using couriers. Some couriers don't deliver rural routes. Not sure if your address is being affected by this.

Does Amazon deliver to your address? Amazon does sell PM SIM cards.
You can also try to pick up at your nearest Telus or Koodo store. Call ahead to make sure the store has PM SIM cards in stock
