Switch from physical sim to esim

Dear, I just bought a new iPhone 16 with eSIM only . I want to change my current physical sim card on the old phone to the new iPhone with eSIM , without changing my current plan and number. Could you please let me know how to proceed? Thank you.

@AshleyXiao   If you bought the phone in Canada it should still have a sim slot.  Did you get it in the USA instead?

You must have the American version of the iPhone 16.

Please note that there are issues login our account this morning (try again later if you can’t login) but just download the PM app on your new iPhone and login to your account and purchase an eSIM and got to Account tab and Change Your SIM Card.

you need to download the PM app to your new iphone, log in to your acct and get you an esim. Only problem is the app and website aren't working properly right his minute.

@AshleyXiao  Site /app down  right now , but you will have to log into the app with new iPhone and buy eSIM thats it . You will keep same phone number and plan
