Hi! My sim card is not working well anymore. I tried it in another phone but the LTE did connect easily. Can I swap my sim card at a Public mobile store?

Before obtaining a new PM SIM and having the Moderators SWAP the number, what trouble-shooting have you tried to help your Data connection?
Have you tried a Reset of Your Network settings?

how you know your SIM card is the issue !
maybe your device may be the cause the issue !
what is your issue when you put it your SIM card,
i suggest you to do try reseat the SIM card
1.power off your device
2.take out the SIM card,
3.wipe it clean SIM card,
4.put it back and power on,
5.toggling airplane mode off/on,
it happened sometime you know, A normal reboot without reset, didn't work. At least try it,
only work after reseating the SIM card.
and do rebooting your phone - This one is quick and simple.
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
if you want to buy it a brand new SIM card .
I suggest you when you getting a NEW SIM card is better for you,

Sometimes it's not the SIM card causing the LTE connect issue but the phone or settings.
What kind of phone do you have?
If you need to swap SIM, you need to get one .. but don't get it from PM online, it takes as many as 3 weeks or more. Try to get it from local kiosks or from Amazon if you have Prime membership.

@victoria2003 : Only the moderators can apply a new SIM to accounts. But what's working? Calls in/out? Texts in/out? Internet? And those tested in another phone?
