Why are you suspending my account when I have automatic payment. The card registered is still valid.

If your renewal date is tomorrow, everyone account show suspended/cancelled…this is normal.
If your service is still working, just ignore it.
It will go back to Active after your renewal date.

Unfortunately, sometimes autopay fails. Make a manual payment and it should reactivate.

Have you got a new card, maybe the same number but a new expiry date?
