I just tried to suspend my account by going to Self-Serve and Lost/Stolen Phone and resume again. I learned that my existing balance of the data and minutes are still intact. I am wondering about the cycle. I just paid for the service one week ago. My question is when I resume before the 90 days, would the payment date be moved to the date I suspense my account or it will be kept the same.

PM service resumes (almost) immediately once payment is received. Your "next" plan billing cycle begins immediately, next payment will be due in 30 days (or in 90 days, or in 10 days, if you still have one of those legacy plans).
There are no charges/penalties for suspension or for reactivation. But the interrupted days will not be counted towards accumulated Loyalty Reward and you will miss your "monthly" Referral Reward or Community Reward payouts if they occurred on those days. AutoPay Reward is of course not applied for the previous billing cycle if you don't have it set up or it was declined (thus your service was suspended).
PM is all prepaid so no "bad credit" or other consequences for failing to pay the bill on due date.
Many PM customers even choose to allow their plans to lapse into suspension when travelling/etc, there's no cost and no risk as long as the plan is resumed before the inactive account is permanently terminated (which happens 90 days after an account was suspended).

@sotiff , do not wait until the last possible moment to do so. First take it off lost /stolen. To reactivate a suspended account, follow these steps:
1. Deposit funds if there is no automatic payment credit card. If there is, skip step 1. Just use step 2
2. Go to the payment tab, select the single payment and the amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button. Thank you.

Note also that if you restart after this cycle ends you will have to make manual payment and you will have to pay the full price of your plan. You should get credit for your rewards within 24 hours, if they are not there in couple of days please contact moderators and they will do it

@sotiff I believe the new 30 day cycle starts when you reactivate and pay for your suspended account.

@sotiff I'm don't know, but clicking My Rewards in self-serve, or calling 611 should give you the next payment date.
EDIT: My recollection is that Suspend Service does not change the next renewal date, but does start the 90 day countdown to account deletion.

If it happens before renewal day, you will renew as usual.
If it happens after you will have to make payment and that will be your new renewal day start point

I would expect so.
