Is the service working? If yes you can ignore the status
If not, Do you have the reactivate button when you log in?
Did you restart the phone after payment.
If that doesn't help, can you report your phone lost, wait a minute, then report it found, then restart.
If that doesn't help add one more dollar then restart.
