Subscription not activated. Unable to login. Getting Forbidden A1 error.

Signed up for the black friday deal. At the end of setup got message saying subscription not activated and to contact support. Previous carrier has already ported number so have no service now and unable to make any calls. Unable to login to Public Mobile account and getting Forbidden A1 error.

@Sartaj  I’m just customers like you trying to help , if there’s was something I could to to fix for you right away I would , you just have to eat for support get back to at this point unfortunately,

I'm not able to use my phone at all since yesterday as Roger's has already ported out the number so it's very urgent.

@Sartaj Usually they reply in 1-2 hours sometimes longer , unfortunately this is busy  time a year for them so could be some delay in reply
